You can refer a friend by following the steps below.

  1. Sign in to your account and click on Refer a friend.
  2. Click on a social media icon. This will automatically generate a message with your Referral ID. When friends click on your message, they will be redirected to Cirber sign up page with your Referral ID so we will know you referred them.
  3. Repeat the above step by clicking on more icons.

Refer a vendor is by invitation only. If you received a message to refer a vendor, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in to your account and click on Refer a friend and vendor.
  2. Click on a social media icon. This will automatically generate a message with your Referral ID. When vendors click on your message, they will be redirected to Cirber sign up page with your Referral ID so we will know you referred them.
  3. Repeat the above step by clicking on more icons.

Follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Sign in page.
  2. Click on “Forgot your password?” link.
  3. Enter the requested information and you will be able to reset your password.

Cirber Package Redirect is a trademark service that assures safe delivery of a package by allowing a Customer or Vendor to ship non-perishable items to an Affiliate for local delivery to the end customer in three easy steps.

  1. If The Item Is Listed On This Site, Customer Should Add It To Cart Then Proceed To Checkout. If Not, Proceed Directly To Checkout. Enter Delivery Address.
  2. Cirber Will Reveal The Address Where Customer Can Ship The Package To A Local Affiliate From This Site Or From Any Online Store.
  3. Affiliate Will Keep The Package Safe And Bring It To The Delivery Address At A Convenient Time So Customer And Vendor Don’t Have To Worry About Leaving The Precious Item Unattended On The Porch.

Yes, all Cirber functionalities are available in the mobile app.

If you become available after a temporary or extended absence, follow the steps below to turn on your account visibility and begin receiving pickup requests again.

    1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
    2. Click on Edit profile tab.
    3. Select Available option in “Account visibility” field and click on Update profile button. This will enable you to begin receiving pickup requests (within your availability days and times).

To sign up as Cirber Affiliate, follow the steps below.

  1. Open Cirber app or visit www.cirber.com.
  2. Click on Become an Affiliate in the header section and submit the requested information.

You make money by setting your minimum charge for Cirber delivery and by keeping a higher percentage of the delivery charge compared to other delivery apps. You also make money through refer a friend and, in some cases, through refer a vendor program.

To set the maximum distance you are willing to go and pickup or deliver items from your home or current location, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Update “My maximum delivery distance from home or current location” field and click on Update profile button. Enter a longer distance to receive more pickup requests or a shorter distance to receive fewer pickup requests.

To set the minimum amount you are willing to accept for pickup and delivery, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Update “My minimum amount for Cirber delivery” field and click on Update profile button. Enter a lower amount to receive more pickup requests or a higher amount to receive fewer pickup requests.

If you are unavailable for a temporary or extended period of time, follow the steps below to turn off your account visibility and prevent pickup requests from being sent to you.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Select Unavailable option in “Account visibility” field and click on Update profile button. This will override your availability days and times and pickup requests will no longer be sent to you.

To set the days and times when you are available for pickup and delivery, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Update “Availability days and times” as desired and click on Update profile button. Pickup requests will be sent to you during the set days and times.

    2. Enter your Email, Password and click on Sign up button.
    3. You will be navigated to complete remaining account details on Customer sign up page.

You save money by paying less on online food order compared to other delivery apps. You also save by earning points through the refer a friend program and then applying those points towards your purchases on Cirber.

A Customer is a user who can order online food for pick up and local delivery, and can track the order and see it delivered promptly and in real-time. A Customer can also ship online package through Cirber Package RedirectTM service for home delivery at a convenient time by a Cirber Affiliate so the package is not left unattended on the porch.

No, tips are not included in the order total.

After the order is delivered, a message will be sent to the Customer requesting a rating with the option to give a tip.

However, a Vendor may set a minimum order amount for free pickup and delivery. In that case, a Customer will be given the option to add additional items to meet the minimum amount or elect to pay the pickup and delivery fee.

Yes. When you order from multiple vendors, your order will be grouped into sub orders by vendor. If any of the vendors requires a minimum order amount for free pickup and delivery, you will be given the option to add additional items to meet the minimum amount or elect to pay the pickup and delivery fee for that vendor.

To cancel an order, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your account dashboard.
  2. Click on Orders tab.
  3. Depending on how long ago the order was placed, you will be able to choose a corrective action from the options provided.

Delivery time varies by location and by time of day. However, you will be notified when your order is ready or when it is picked up.

You will also be notified if there is an unusual delay with your order preparation or delivery.

    3. Click on an order number to view the relevant receipt.

  1. When adding a product to the online store, Vendor can set one or more  options.
  2. Available pickup and delivery options are Affiliate delivery, Customer pickup, Store delivery, and Shipping.
  3. When placing an order, Customer can choose one of these options at checkout.

To sign up as Vendor, follow the steps below.

  1. Open Cirber app or visit www.cirber.com.
  2. Click on Become a Vendor or go directly to Vendor sign up page and choose a plan to complete the sign up.

To add a product to your Cirber store, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your account dashboard. Click on Products tab.
  2. On Products page, click on Add product and enter the requested information.
