How to sign up as Vendor
As Vendor, you can list any product for local pickup and delivery by an Affiliate or for direct shipping and delivery to the Customer. There are three steps in the Vendor sign up process.
Step 1 Choose a vendor plan
What you need: Email address and password, payment method (if applicable).
Get started:
A. Download Cirber from App Store or Play Store. (You may skip this step if you have already downloaded, or are unable to download, Cirber app).
B. Open Cirber app or visit www.cirber.com.
C. Click on Become a Vendor in the header section or go directly to Vendor sign up page.

D. Choose a vendor plan.
E. On Vendor plan selection page, enter email and password.

F. To continue, create vendor account or sign in. Then click Submit and Continue (for free plan option) or PayPal Check out.
G. You will be redirected automatically to Step 2. If not, just follow Step 2 below.
Checkpoint: If you are able to complete the previous steps, Choose a vendor plan is now complete.
Step 2 Sign up as Vendor
What you need: Your vendor account name, address, contact information, logo, banner, etc.
Get started:
A. Sign in to your vendor account.
B. Enter requested information on Sign up as Vendor page.

Email
Account email.
Password
Account password.
Vendor name
Name that will appear on vendor page and will be visible to customers.
Vendor currency
Local currency for your products.
Address
Office address. This may be the same or different from store address.
Apartment, unit, suite or company name
Additional information for office address.
Mobile number
Contact phone number.
Upload vendor logo
Logo that will appear on vendor page and will be visible to customers.
Upload business license or permit
License or permit if required in your city or region.
First name
Owner or manager’s first name.
Last name
Owner or manager’s last name.
C. Click Sign up.
Checkpoint: If you are able to complete the previous steps, Vendor sign up is now complete.
Step 3 Add store location and products
What you need: Your store location name, product names, prices, descriptions, images, etc.
Get started:
A. Sign in to your vendor account. From dashboard, click on Locations.
B. On Locations page, click on Add location.
C. Enter requested information on Add store location page.
Store location name
Location name that will be visible to customers.
Upload store image
Store image that will be visible to customers.
Email
Location email.
Address
Location address. This may be the same or different from vendor address.
Apartment, unit, suite or company name
Additional information for location address.
Mobile number
Contact phone number.
Tax rate (%)
Local tax rate.
Tax name (%)
Local tax name like Sales Tax, Convenience Tax, etc. This will appear on customer receipt or invoice.
Discount type
Choose “Use discount % offered by Cirber” to accept any promotional discount % offered to Customer by Cirber, or choose “Set maximum discount %” to enter a maximum discount % that you want to offer Customers.
Free delivery option
Choose “Use minimum purchase amount offered by Cirber” to accept any minimum purchase amount offered to Customer by Cirber, or choose “Set your minimum purchase amount for free delivery” to enter a minimum amount that you want to require for free delivery.
Minimum purchase amount required to get free delivery
This option is only available if you choose “Set your minimum purchase amount for free delivery”. In that case, enter the minimum purchase amount you require from Customers before they can get free delivery.
Maximum amount for Cirber delivery
Enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for Cirber delivery. Note: If this amount is too low, Affiliates may refuse to accept your pickup request.
Cuisine type(s)
Leave this field blank for non food location. Choose the main cuisine types for your store location. Your store will be shown in search results with these cuisine types.
Store location timezone
Timezone that will be used to show store open or close times.
Add times when you are open for business. Your store will be shown as Closed at all times if you do not add any open times.
Check box then enter the times that your store is open or closed for business.
Accept customer orders when store is closed?
Choose “Yes” to accept orders when your store is closed, or choose “No” to accept orders only during your store opening hours. If you choose Yes to “Accept customer orders when store is closed?”, you will be able to accept orders but Affiliates or Customers will not be able to pickup during closed times.
D. Click Submit.
Checkpoint: If you are able to complete the previous steps, Add location is now complete.
E. Go back to dashboard and click on Products.
F. On Products page, click on Add product.
G. Enter requested information on Add product page.

Upload product image
Product image that will be visible to customers.
Product name
Product name that will be visible to customers.
Price
Price that will be charged to Customers.
Discounted Price
Discounted Price that will be charged to Customers.
Short description
Product description that will be visible to customers.
Select product category
Category under which products can be searched and found. You may add multiple categories.
Select product tags
Select tags or keywords that further describe your products. Tags may not be available.
Select delivery options
Affiliate delivery: Cirber Affiliate can pickup and deliver the product locally; Store delivery: store is able to deliver to the Customer locally; Customer pickup: Customer may visit the store and pickup the product; Shipping: Vendor is able to ship to the Customer directly or by using Cirber Package Redirect service.
Select meal type
Leave this field blank for non meal product. Select meal type. Your product will be shown in search results with this meal type.
Select product store
Store where product is listed and sold. You may add multiple stores.
Select all stores
Check this box if you have multiple stores.
Show product in Carousel section on homepage (shown at random with other vendor products)
Check this box if you have Gold or Platinum vendor plan (visible in the header of your account page).
Product review
Give yourself the first product rating! This option is only available if you have Gold or Platinum vendor plan (visible in the header of your account page).
Recommended?
Give yourself the first product recommendation! This option is only available if you have Gold or Platinum vendor plan (visible in the header of your account page).
Review
Give yourself the first product review! This option is only available if you have Gold or Platinum vendor plan (visible in the header of your account page).
Product ID (e.g., gtin, mpn, isbn)
Enter Product ID (e.g., gtin, mpn, isbn), if available.
Brand name
Enter Product brand name, if available.
H. Click Submit.
I. Repeat Steps 3F – 3H to add additional products.
Note: We recommend that you add a minimum of six products for proper display on your store page and on all types of customer devices like desktop, tablet or mobile.
Checkpoint: If you are able to complete the previous steps, Add product is now complete. Note: You may add additional products or edit you vendor account information at any time.
When you have completed all vendor sign up steps, your vendor page will look something like this:
