1. No purchase is necessary to participate or win.
2. No spamming or fake sign ups allowed. Refer only real social media friends, connections, followers, viewers, etc. Spammers will be disqualified.
3. Prizes will be awarded for participation in the current contest between September 2, 2023 – September 30, 2023.
   • 1st prize: $50 cash awarded to the contestant with the most number of referred friends or vendors from the list of contestants with 20 or more referrals.
   • 2nd prize: $30 cash awarded to the contestant with the second most number of referred friends or vendors from the list of contestants with 20 or more referrals.
   • 3rd prize: $20 cash awarded to the contestant with the third most number of referred friends or vendors from the list of contestants with 20 or more referrals.
   • Bonus prize: Additional $50 cash awarded to two of the top contestants with 200 or more referred friends or vendors. Additional $30 cash awarded to two of the top contestants with 150 or more referred friends or vendors. Additional $20 cash awarded to two of the top contestants with 100 or more referred friends or vendors. Only one bonus prize will be awarded per winner.
   • Consolation prize: Contestants with 10 or more referred friends or vendors who do not win a prize will be able to carry over 50% of their referrals to the following month’s contest. For example, if less than 10 referrals, carry over 0; if 10 referrals, carry over 5; if 20 referrals, carry over 10, etc. with no maximum limit.
   • Refer a vendor prize: $10 cash awarded to a contestant for each Gold or Platinum vendor (restaurant, caterer, home chef, fashion store, etc.) referred to Cirber whether or not the contestant wins 1st, 2nd, 3rd or Bonus prize. Referred vendor must complete all vendor sign up steps before the end of the current contest, and vendor prize will be paid 60 days after the end of the current contest.
   • Vendor sign up prize: $100 credit awarded to any Gold or Platinum vendor who completes vendor account sign up. Prize will be paid into vendor cPay wallet and can be used by the vendor to pay for premium services on Cirber.
   • Influencer prize: Subject to a separate agreement, 10-50% of net income paid in cash to the influencer. If you are an influencer, contact us.
4. Cash prizes will be awarded in US dollar via PayPal or Bank Transfer (converted into local currency) within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prize winners assume full responsibility for any applicable currency conversion fees or local taxes.
5. It is the responsibility of prize winners to notify Cirber with proof that they have won a prize.
6. Prize winners must complete all missing information in their account profile before claiming their prize.
7. All prizes must be claimed within 90 days after they are awarded. Prizes not claimed by this date will no longer be redeemable.
8. In case of disagreement on the interpretation of these contest rules, Cirber’s interpretation will prevail. Cirber also reserves the right to end this contest early if Cirber determines in its sole discretion that the contest no longer serves its business objectives.
