What pickup and delivery options are available?

Pickup and delivery options are determined by the Vendor.

  1. When adding a product to the online store, Vendor can set one or more  options.
  2. Available pickup and delivery options are Affiliate delivery, Customer pickup, Store delivery, and Shipping.
  3. When placing an order, Customer can choose one of these options at checkout.

How do I turn on my account visibility?

If you become available after a temporary or extended absence, follow the steps below to turn on your account visibility and begin receiving pickup requests again.

    1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
    2. Click on Edit profile tab.
    3. Select Available option in “Account visibility” field and click on Update profile button. This will enable you to begin receiving pickup requests (within your availability days and times).

How do I sign up as Customer?

To sign up as Customer, follow the steps below.

    1. Open Cirber app or visit www.cirber.com.
    2. Enter your Email, Password and click on Sign up button.
    3. You will be navigated to complete remaining account details on Customer sign up page.

How do I sign up as Vendor?

To sign up as Vendor, follow the steps below.

  1. Open Cirber app or visit www.cirber.com.
  2. Click on Become a Vendor or go directly to Vendor sign up page and choose a plan to complete the sign up.

How do I make money?

You make money by setting your minimum charge for Cirber delivery and by keeping a higher percentage of the delivery charge compared to other delivery apps. You also make money through refer a friend and, in some cases, through refer a vendor program.

How do I set my maximum delivery distance?

To set the maximum distance you are willing to go and pickup or deliver items from your home or current location, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Update “My maximum delivery distance from home or current location” field and click on Update profile button. Enter a longer distance to receive more pickup requests or a shorter distance to receive fewer pickup requests.

How do I set my minimum amount for Cirber delivery?

To set the minimum amount you are willing to accept for pickup and delivery, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Update “My minimum amount for Cirber delivery” field and click on Update profile button. Enter a lower amount to receive more pickup requests or a higher amount to receive fewer pickup requests.

How do I turn off my account visibility?

If you are unavailable for a temporary or extended period of time, follow the steps below to turn off your account visibility and prevent pickup requests from being sent to you.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Select Unavailable option in “Account visibility” field and click on Update profile button. This will override your availability days and times and pickup requests will no longer be sent to you.
