How do I set my availability days and times?

To set the days and times when you are available for pickup and delivery, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in and navigate to your Affiliate account dashboard.
  2. Click on Edit profile tab.
  3. Update “Availability days and times” as desired and click on Update profile button. Pickup requests will be sent to you during the set days and times.

Customer picked up wrong order

  1. Sign in and navigate to your account dashboard.
  2. Click on Orders tab.
  3. Depending on how long ago the issue occurred, you will be able to choose a corrective action from the options provided.

  2. On Products page, click on Add product and enter the requested information.
  3. Click Submit.

Are tips included in the order total?

No, tips are not included in the order total.

After the order is delivered, a message will be sent to the Customer requesting a rating with the option to give a tip.
