Tuts & Normas was founded out of a strong desire to re-create the flavors of authentic southern cuisine. Mike Ennis our Pastry Chef and Co-Founder brings flavors of his childhood upbringing in Louisiana with his grandmother Norma. Pamela Ennis' legacy comes from her mother "Tut" Freeman who enjoyed nothing more than preparing southern Sunday dinners for her family and neighborhood locals. People would drive for miles just to sit at Tut's table for Sunday dinner. Today, Mike and Pam continue the tradition that was started over 100 years ago by serving the beloved recipes passed down to them by Norma Gayton and Tut Freeman.
